Description: KORE engineers have detected a service degradation that is impacting traffic on VPN tunnels for the KORE VZW, USG and KATCC service types. Our engineers are actively engaged and working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Resolution - 2024-09-04 15:30 UTC / 11:30 EDT ( UTC-4): KORE engineers have confirmed that all services have now recovered.
Update 1 - 2024-09-04 13:41 UTC / 09:41 EDT ( UTC-4): KORE engineers are seeing a recovery and working to confirm stability. We will continue to monitor and post an update once we have more details.
