What

Description: Since 06:00 UTC, we have been actively investigating an issue where multiple customer-facing portals and APIs are experiencing failures. The impacted products and services include the CPRO UI and APIs, CPRO Provisioning, as well as all SMPP , Private-Radius traffic and Public APIs.
 
Failures have been noticed also within AMS Portal, and KORE Console along with other customer portals.

KORE engineers are actively investigating the issue with high priority to expedite resolution

RESOLUTION:Service outage has been resolved and services have been fully restored. KORE engineers monitored and confirmed network stability.
